pourrais-je reprendre l'abonnement que j'ai perdu svp ?

j'ai payé un abonnement jusqu'à décembre et au final il s'est annulé sans mon consentement et je n'ai pas reçu de remboursement également j'aimerais reprendre l'abonnement

I am sorry to hear about this. Did you get an email communication about your account status? You can search for emails from: 

no-reply@spotify.com

 

If you have not received any communication via email about your account status, I would recommend resetting your password just in case. Spotify does not cancel subscriptions automatically, and if any changes are made to your account for any reason - it would be communicated via email.

 

You can always resubscribe to Premium or make any changes to your account through your account page.
