When attempting to view by artist on iOS, it says 'an error occurred'
1) search for any artist
2) tap on the artist you want
3) 'an error occurred'
Not very good. I tried rebooting, etc.
I am also getting this even after rebooting. I can click a song by the artist in the search and then pick "go to artist' from there, but I hope I don't have to use this wokraround too long.
Having same problem. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still get the same message. Using iphone 6 plus.
Experiencing the same problem. I have tried a hard reboot, a full reset, delete + reinstall, log out, log in, etc. No matter what, since this morning around 8:45 AM PST I have been unable to go to an artist's page. I'm moving and this was my background music. 😞
