"An error occurred Try again" message in Browse on iPad. Tried everything

Hi,

I cannot use "Browse" in the app on Wifi. Radio works.

App version 6.5.0.1665

iPad iOS version 9.3.5

 

I tried reinstalled, rebooted app, rebooted iPad, changed wifi DNS, resetting network settings. Nothing works, it just say "An error occurred. Try again". Please help.

Took like a day, but issue is resolved now. Not sure exactly how though.

I sent direct message to @SpotifyCare on Twitter and they responded right away.

I have the same issue, during my trial?!?

Same is happening for me. I have two ipads and one is still getting into Browse but the other is not. Its only Browse I cannot get into everything else works. this must be an app problem???????
