"Something went wrong" when i'm trying to log in to my account

"Something went wrong" when i'm trying to log in to my account

I updated my app on my phone and when i'm trying to log into my acc it says "Something went wrong", so i can't use it

Could you try signing into your account on another device or platform, such as the web player or the desktop app?

 

See if it works there. If not, you can reset your password and then retry. Make sure you don’t have any VPN or DNS service active that could be interfering with the login flow.
