"You already have an account with this email"

"You already have an account with this email"

About last month I tried logging in to Spotify on a different phone and it kept coming up with that statement, so I figured I could only log in on a certain amount of devises, however, I got a new phone for Christmas, and after spending some time with my old one still I logged it out to log in on my new phone... only to get the same message
I tried resetting my pasword, but all that did was log me out of my iPad which now has the same issue if I try to log in

Long story short, I am now logged in on nothing and it won't let me log in on anything because it says 'you already have an account with this email'
I just got billed for this month a few days ago

Hey @Lophane,

 

Please try logging in using your username and password, instead of your email address and password.

I already tried that and I just tried again, it pops up with the same message

That shouldn't be the case if you log in with your username instead of your email address. Check what your username is on https://spotify.com/account
