"Your account is being used somewhere else"

First of all: f**ck this service for being so expensive and being so bad at helping users.
With that out of the way, here's the problem. When playing music on my iphone spotify keeps pausing my songs saying that the account is being used elsewhere. I have tried to log out of all devices yet, this still happens? Its frustrating because i actually pay monthly and don't get what is promised..

I have the same problem. Changed my password. Someone else can still use my account. And they even deleted my playlist.
