"available offline" tracks not downloading

I am using my spotify premium account on my iphone 6s. 

For some reason my phone stopped downloading the songs that I want to be available offline. It is definitely not an issue of having enough room on my phone... I can't figure it out. 
Help?

Hi,

I suggest you go to your Spotify Settings -> Sound quallity -> Mark Sync with mobile connection (bottom of the screen).
