My Question or Issue

Been having on going issue with spotify not playing music. I am a premium member on a student account and since having gone premium over half of the music on my playlists will no longer play.

I have unticked "local files" and "accelarated harddrive" in attempts to fix issue and have deleted files from their locations on my laptop as well which doesnt seem to help. 

Have also deleted and reinstalled programme multiple times and still no luck.
