My Question or Issue

 why when i hit shuffle it always starts at the beginning and goes in order? i have over 200 songs that i want to be played in any sort of order, i close the app press shuffle again but always starts with one of the first 4 songs and going in order. help 🙂

That definitely sounds odd! Could you send over some screenshots of what's happening? Also, could you make sure there are no songs stuck in the queue? Here's how to manage the Play Queue:
