I lost all personalization after re-install and password change. Any help given is appreciated.

I lost all personalization after re-install and password change. Any help given is appreciated.

My Question or Issue

I had some problems on iPhone7 about playback. Tracks skipped and playback paused. Having read that re-installing solved same kind of problems I erased Spotify from my phone (the right way) and re-installed. For I have forgotten the password, I also resetted the password. After login on phone, I saw that all of my personal stuff, also friends were gone. At this point desktop version was fine. But because i changed the password, in order to enter the new password, I logged out of the desktop version. After logging in on the desktop version, the situtaion was the same as the mobile app. There was nothing a personal, it was as clean as a new users interface, no "discover weekly", no "daily mixes". You can check the screenshot attached. I would be very glad if you can help.

Hi there, thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

Not to worry, your Spotify playlists haven’t disappeared—it sounds like you’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I recommend checking out the FAQ page ”Can I create multiple accounts?” here. There you can determine if you have a second account, and what steps to take next.

Thanks for the reply Lori. User name and e-mail address is the same as it had been before this incident, plus they are what i used to reset the password. Also I don't use Facebook. So multiple accounts is not a possibility. Yet, thanks for the reply.

Follow the instructions from the attached image.

If it doesn't work either I would recommend contacting Spotify directly by completing this form.
