song stopping

so i've been listening to this band since end of may and i had no problems with it, but suddenly whenever i want to play there song it plays for ten seconds, stops but says it's still going but it's not. then i press the pause button and it goes back to where the music stopped and just stays there. i've tried finding ways to fix it (re download app, update phone, try new wifi) but none of them work. the only other way i found is to make a new account but i don't want too. had this happened to you before and if so how do you fix it??

I've had a similar problem in the past, but for me the solution was to make a new account, which is the one I'm currently using. On my previous account this was happening for multiple songs and artists so I ended up making a new account.

I currently don't know of any other solutions as of right now, but if I do, I'll get back to you.
