songs are glitching i’ve tried reinstalling, lower quality, and clearing cache nothing helped

Could you let us know if this is happening on the same network? If so, could you try switching the network?

If that doesn't work, could you give us some more details about what's happening? Is this happening with certain/all songs? A screen recording would be really useful to get an idea of what it looks like on your end 🙂

Hi Peter. I am having a similar problem to @rachel55. My songs that are downloaded for offline listening on playlists are not all playing, only a few of them. I thought that it was only the ones which are downloaded but not saved to my library that are not playing, but there are some which have been saved to my library that are not playing. I cleared my cache, restarted my phone and even deleted and reinstalled Spotify and redownloaded my music and nothing has changed, it is very frustrating so please help out.

Do you mind creating a new playlist, selecting all the songs from one of the playlists that isn't playing when downloaded offline using Ctrl/Cmd + A, and dragging/dropping them to the new playlist to see if they'll now play when downloaded?

it was happening on LTE and any other wi-fi network but after a few days it stopped. it’s an on and off problem but i have no idea what the cause could be.
