spotify doesn't start on my iphone 4

Spotify does not open on my iphone 4, I already downloaded the last version which should have fixed this bug but I can't open it. Can you help me?

Have you tried a clean reinstall? When did you update, and what version is it?

What happens when you open the app?

Thanks for replying! Yes, I tried to reinstall it. Today I opened it and it didn't work, then I realized that there was an update that fixed this bug (0.7.5) but when I open it the screen appears white and nothing happens....

The white screen issue is a known bug 🙂

The workaround is to change your localization setting(?) and then do a hard reset by holding the sleep and home buttons until the Apple logo appears 🙂

I am having the same problem - Spotify stopped working on my iPhone 4 yeaterday, tried to launch then crashed and returned to normal iPhone screen several times. I reinstalled it, now it launches but I can't log in with Facebook - it just attempts to log in and then turns off. what else can I do?

Looks like Spotify isn't interested anymore to be presented on iPhones 4, so it's nothing to do.

the same is happening me. i've deleted the app and reinstalled it, i've tried refreshing the app. when i click on the icon all it does is load halfway (never shows me my account, just the spotify logo) and then crashes and returns me to my home screen.

I haven't been able to get it to work for over a week. I thought it was just me and went to use iTunes Radio instead.

Have tried a reinstall which didn't work. Just now I did a delete, restart and a reinstall. It stopped it from crashing but I haven't managed to get to it to play anything yet. I'm glad I'm not paying for this, and don't intend to.
