spotify premium not working on LTE

spotify premium paid until 1/14/17

Spotify works on WIFi but not when I switch to LTE. I get the errors:

You're offline

An error occurred

Cannot connect to service

All other services on the phone work on LTE, only spotify is broken, though again it works with WIFI on the phone, and from all other devices.

Needless to say, if this can't be resolved I'll be cancelling my subscription.

I've reinstalled the app several times and verified that my account is active and good. Again... works on wifi so I'm baffled frankly.

I am having the same issue on my T-mobile iPhone 7 plus, unlimited data.
It plays fine when connected to wifi, and all my other apps operate fine on LTE. But when I disable wifi our travel away from a wifi signal it won't connect. Says I'm offline and 'connecting...' at the bottom of the app.
I have restarted my phone, logged off the app, and deleted/reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

Please advise!

How long have you been having the problem? I just noticed it today but I don't remember the last time I tried to play spotify on LTE. Within or 2 for sure.

I have T-Mobile too and even spoke with their clueless tech support and told them I'm able to connect with a Verizon network but not with T-Mobile. Budget network 😕

All other apps (including music apps like Apple Music) work just fine with data, but Spotify says I am OFFLINE and must connect to the internet.

I hope this is resolved quickly, because I would hate to cancel service. I'm in my car 2 hours a day and this is the best music app in my opinion.

I'm also on T-Mobile on an iPhone 7 and I think I figured something that worked. I installed a VPN and turned it on over cellular data and then closed and started Spotify and it worked. You can use any free VPN on the App Store but I personally recommend Betternet. Hope this helps!

Mine is also not working and I am using T-Mobile as well. Works on wifi but not LTE

Well as I said above, mine started working again and seems to still be working. I'm not sure why. 

That said, amazon music unlimited is suddenly looking somewhat promising. $79/yr for prime memebers? That's $6.58/mo.

Tried installing Betternet VPN and re-installed the Spotify app. It worked on Tmobile 4G LTE (Iphone 7)

No, I'm on AT&T and my LTE isn't working properly either, but all my friends' work just fine with it.
