why spotify syncing so low on my iphone?

I have iphone 5 with spotify , and I'm syncing the playlists to work on offline mode and it take so long..

that's becuase i'm syncing on extreme quality?

Although extreme quality may make a difference, unfortunately it sounds like you may be experiencing a bug outlined here.

Have you tried updating your iOS as per the bug report?

Hi,

Sorry, was away for a little while.

Could I ask what ISP you use and how fast it is? As that could make a big difference in how fast it syncs. You can find this at http://speedtest.net

Does it sync ok on a computer/laptop?

sync on my computer

when i synced the songs in spotify on my pc it was fast

My issue is also the same. On a PC on same network around 20 songs were offlined in about 10 mins. However on my iphone keeping it open for 30 mins didnt even download one song. Thatys also tried by keeping the quality as High and not extreme.

also uninstalled and re-installed the app however to no effect

on 3G it's working PERFECT but sadly i can't afford it because i don't have unlimited plan.

Just a thought........could you try turning on airplane mode then turning it off to see if that makes things work for you?

Feel embarrased, but my issue was due to lack of space on iphone.

Check if enough space available on iphone for the amount of download required. In my case 14 songs consumed around 200MB on highest quality
