won't redownload Spotify app

it won't let me redownload the app even though I have enough space (storage) and there is nothing wrong with my apple account. I've tried resetting my phone but nothing seems to work

i just don’t understand what could be going on. i talked to apple earlier and they said to talk to spotify but spotify seem to have no answers either

i just looked through the questions to see if there was a similar question. but they don't and there isn't a contact number
