i bought the spoitify premium for three months on my samsung note 4 with paypal and never recieved spotify recipt but it was taken out and my spotify account is still free. none of your answers have helped and i need customer service. i do not think it proffesional to get customer service through an automated email or to go to a forum and post my problem i am highly upset and frustrated i hope you can either help me or cancel my payment. i don not own another spotify account i have logged out and in i have uninstalled and reinstalled before you ask me. I would not be asking if i havent tried everything
