Unable to join family plan. Spotify said I'm still subscribed to premium but I don't. Help.

I am unable join my family plan and keep getting error message that says "Sorry! We cannot join you to Premium for Family since you have subscribed to Spotify Premium from another store (e.g. iTunes or your mobile operator). Find out more below."
 
The problem is, even my account panel said I am a free user. It looks like spotify still regocnized my account as premium instead of free. Help anyone?
