Can't access my premium account

My direct debit for premium subscription came out of my account on the 30th jan (I have had premium for months) and today I can't access any playlists and it's not recognising my premium subscription!!!! I have tried logging out and logging back in, I have removed the app on my iphone and reinstalled. Still nothing!! Tried to email spotify but no response yet. What can I do???
