Не могу зайти в свой аккаунт

Не могу зайти в свой аккаунт

Не могу получить доступ к своему аккаунту. (привязан к почте с которой пишу). Пыталась зайти через Гугл аккаунт. Пишет, что-то пошло не так. Пыталась зайти через логин и пароль. Тоже самое. Сбрасывала пароль, приходило письмо на почту. Перейдя по ссылке, тоже самое. Всплывающее окно с текстом "Что-то пошло не так". Помогите пожалуйста разобраться

Теж вибиває помилку. Пише що щось пішло не так, пробувала з іншого пристрою зайти теж не хоче. Пробувала скинути пароль - недопомагає. Через гугл веб сайт заходить, а от через додаток не хоче. Підкажіть що робити

Thanks for the reply. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. When you mean you "access through Google", do you mean you can use a Google login it works properly, in the website at least? Are all login methods rejected by the app? If possible, could you try logging in with a different account on the same devices? You can use the account of someone you know or make one yourself.

Здравствуйте,купила новый телефон.Скачала ваше приложение Spotify,раньше все работало заходило в аккаунт без проблем,а сейчас только через сайт!!подскажите что можно сделать?

Welcome to the Spotify Community! I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

Could you check your account's country settings to see if everything looks good there? If you're using a VPN, try disabling it as well. There are some other troubleshooting you can try in this article, feel free to check it out.

Не могу зайти в приложение на компьютере.
Нажимаю кнопку войти, открывается сайт в браузере, я вхожу в аккаунт и пишет "аутентификация пройдена", но в самом приложении ничего не происходит

Hope you don't mind us replying in English 🙂

Can you try logging in to the Web Player? Let us know if you can play any song from it.
If that works, try uninstalling the app by following this guide for a complete clean reinstall.
In case the issue persists, let us know if you've downloaded the app from our website or the Microsoft app store and see if using the alternate version would yield a different result.
