Hello. I'm from Mexico and there's an offer that Spotify Mexico has in their website about 3 months being premium for 9.99 pesos. I paid that offer with my brother's debit card but I guess due to Spotify politics it didn't let me "pay" because he uses his card with his account but I thought it was because maybe I took a 7 days premium and I didn't remember, so I made a new account and do the proccess and it says it can't be continued because I have already taken those offers (and then again I thought it was my brother's card) so I stopped trying but now my brother is receiving notifications from his bank that there have been 3 charges (the three times that I tried to pay with his card) and when I wanted to pay the said I couldn't take that offer and it got cancelled but I thought .. Ok, maybe it all worked but my old account and my new account are stil free so what can I do now cause it's been 3 charges and No premium yet..

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
