.99 cent problems

.99 cent problems

I was trying to get the 3 month .99 cent subscription. It said I couldn't because I already did the free trial. But yet it still charged me my .99 cents. And when I went into the app, it said I could have a new one week free subscription and automatically put me on that.

Could you try the following?

 

- Try to add the details via an alternate browser and incognito window
- Try an alternate web connection
- Clear the browsing history
- Try an alternate payment method. For example PayPal.
