99 cent promo issue

99 cent promo issue

I signed my daughter up as a new user for the 99cent promo and it worked for one day then went back to free version. I tried signing her up again and it says we are not eligible for promo. How can i contact customer service to help me out with this?

This doesn't sound right! You can use the contact form here by following the right steps and when you see a bright green button "I still need help" press it. After you've sent the form you'll receive an automated reply directing you back to the community or help pages. Please reply to it even if it's a no-reply. A Spotify staff member will see to you issue soon.
