Let me first start off by stating I think this is a great application. However, I have to firmly put my foot down on how tied up to Facebook this is. I am sure it was a very lucritive business plan, but for people who wish to remain anonymous or in my case delete their Facebook account it's ridiculous. I pay monthly for this service and it's great, but I'm not keeping a fake Facebook or even keeping an existing one up just to hear music. Secondly, I think it's laughable that you won't just allow usernames and passwords for people to log in and use the service, I mean afterall we want to pay you, at least I do, but you seemingly as a whole decided Facebook paid more so they matter the most.. whatever.

 

Regardless, I have emailed customer support twice and have not gotten a response. I have deleted my Facebook account unaware that it was apparently my only way into this service. In doing so, I have no access to my acount and no way to stop you from taking my money for something I can't even use anymore. I would appreciate a foward over to customer service, or you know in this odd world we live in a phone number to contact someone in regards to monetary matters. Either way this is a piss poor way of dealing with customers.

jhoward06 - I couldn't find any of your emails on our system at all. Could you give us any of the case numbers you were given when sending in an email at all? I'll then be able to pass this onto the appropriate department.

Who's your Spotify Star?

was anything ever done about this?  I am also having the same problem for over a month now and no one will contact me. just saw another forum that they contact thru twitter too. tried to contact spotify that way. hopefully we can get this resolved fast because I am STILL paying on a PREMIUM subscription I have no access to.  

 

Also, had to create a new account just to access their contact form. So now, I am paying for 2 premium accounts with only access to one.  Come on Spotify.

 

Please help me resolve this or contact me on how to do it myself.
