Tried upgrading to student premium and it didnt work, was charged twice.

So I tried to upgrade to the student version for $4.99 and it couldn't locate me in the university search, anyways I got charged $4.99 twice and didn't even get upgraded.  

When I check my subscriptions page it says free and I didn't get any sort of email or anything really.

I'm in the exact same position. Spotify couldn't verify my student status but still charged me twice, while I don't get Preminum service.

I demand a refund.

My only concern is that it's going to keep withdrawing the $4.99 twice each month even though I don't actually have premium. 

Really disappointed with spotify and their customer service.

Same here. I'm actually thinking of getting a new checking account if they
don't respond to my email.

They aren't getting my money if I ain't getting their service, simple as
that.
