Account Hacked?

About three days ago I have noticed that I was logged out of my spotify account on my phone. When I attempted to log back on I was informed that my password was incorrect so I tried to change It. However when I attempted to change It via email a message saying something like “this email is not tied to any spotify account” is displayed. I did not see any emails about it! Could someone help me?

I had the same situation on sunday. Try to login using facebook (if you have facebook), someone probably changed e-mail address linked to the account.

I used the anonymous contact form https://www.spotify.com/pl/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-anonymous/ and described the problem.

You have to be prepared to present some informations to them to verify that you are the owner of the account.

I used the contact form on sunday evening and i received the response monday morning, so they react rather quickly.
