(Account) I’ve tried to claim my Spotify Artist Profile several times and have not been approved

I have put up to 3 requests in to claim my Artist Profile and I have not received any emails after the 3 business day periods. I distributed my song through SoundCloud Next Pro. How can I get access? I have proof of ownership.
