Account email is taken after deleting account

Account email is taken after deleting account

I deleted my spotify account and I would now like to create a new account with different username etc but same email. When I try to make a new one it says email is taken yet if I try to reset password it says there is no account associated with that email.

 

Would like to make a new account with the same previous email.

Many thanks for any help.

Hey @jonnyl123,

 

I'd recommend that you reply back to the Spotify Support Case about the deletion of your account so that they can free the email up 🙂

How do i do that? do they have an email address?

Only Spotify Support can delete your account so I guessed that you've been talking to their team. Or how did you try to delete your Spotify account?
