My Question or Issue

My account was changed from Premium Student to Premium Family by somebody - not me. How do I change it back to Premium Student before Spotify tries to start billing me for Premium Family?

If you notice any unexpected changes on your account (e.g. a change in subscription plan), I highly recommend following the steps provided in this support article, including getting in touch with Customer Support (you’ll find a link to contact them under “Lost Anything?”; they can take a look behind the scenes and assist you further).
