Hello,
the automatic renewal has charged an additional month wven if yesterday I have cancelled my subscription and received official email of subscription cancelled.

want my modey back!

Si tenéis un problema iros olvidando de que el servicio técnico os lo solucione, ya que son literalmente unos sinvergüenzas. El otro día pague para tener una cuenta premiun y aunque me cobraron el dinero los de Spotify no quisieron darme la cuenta premiun. Es realmente una vergüenza como me atendieron y que a pesar de darle todos los datos me han ignorado durante días y aun no me responden con tal de no darme o mi dinero o la cuenta premiun.Un saludo a todos

Hello riccardo, since you got an email onfirming your cancelation, it sounds like you have a second account in play. I would recommend getting in touch with support. Note that if you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it is from a no reply address) and support will get back to you as soon as possible. Support will be able to help you find your second account and cancel it's subscription. Hope this helps!
