Can't Change My Account's Email

Hi,

When I go to: 

https://www.spotify.com/us/account/profile/

I can't update my email address. I created my account through Facebook and have since updated the email I use for my Facebook account. I also would like to change my username which right now is a series of numbers (probably also because I created this account through FB). 

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Hey @avielma, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

This is expected since you created your account through Facebook. There is some more information and the next steps to take here > It won’t let me enter a new address section.

You won’t be able to change your username, but you‘re able to change or add your display name following these steps.

Unfortunately this did not work for me. I would love any other tips or if the best way to contact Spotify tech support!
