Can't acces account

I need help... I can't use my facebook spotify account anymore since I linked my other spotify only account to that same facebook account. Is there anyway to retrieve that account, because i can still see the account on my friend's "following" list. the weird  thing is, that it has the same name as the account im using now. I hope someone understands what I mean, because it's really hard to explain for me since i don't know what happened and what went wrong..

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
