Hello, I recently upgraded to Spotify Premium, and I was having issues with the automatic student discount system, so I resorted to manually submitting evidence of being a student. Everything worked out fine, but I come to realize that my card was charged 5 times. I know that if the card was charged multiple times that Spotify recognizes that and credits me for the next 5 months, but on my receipts on Spotify, I only have one receipt for the intial charge. I was just wondering if someone could help clarify the situation.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. The Community doesn't really handle Account problems as we aren't the official channeI. I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
