My Question or Issue

I can't access most support options using this account. Someone in India made it using my email and I'm trying to use the "Close account" option and the "Contact us"  but instead of loading it loops endlessly with the message "Nosignup=True" added every time in the URL.

I had to confirm my email to use Spotify community which is the opposite of what I wanted to do, as this email isn't correct.

I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge as well as incognito mode and without any extensions running.

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

First of all, could you try to close your account following the steps provided here using an incognito page of your browser? If you are using a VPN, you need to turn it off beforehand.

 

Also just to help us to better understand what is happening here, could you send us some screenshots of the error messages you're getting when you try to follow the steps you were trying before? Just make sure you cannot share any sensitive information on the screenshots, please.
