Can't log in to Spotify account! Help

Can't log in to Spotify account! Help

Hello, I have been unable to login to my Spotify account for a few days. The error message i'm receiving states that my "login failed", however I was recently billed for November. I've tried resetting my password but and the same issue. I gave up and created a new account so that I can post about the issue I'm having. Please advise. Thank you

I guess this is in regards to your post?

You can try logging in with a different browser or by clearing cache in your current one. Let me know if it works.

Hello all! I've tried logging in with different browsers, and via app (No luck). Here's a post with similar issue.

I cannot login on my iphone. I get Invalid Username or password message. However, they work on my desktop. I have reset my password twice, and did so from my iphone. I am a new Premium User, and cannot even get started!!!

Please try uninstalling and re-installing the app in your phone and try again.
