Can't update password

• I am trying to go from loging from Google acct to email and password but gives me error when submitting for a password. I am doing this because I can't seem to link my spotify acct to my Alexa Echo Show. That keeps giving me link failed. This is a disaster. Nothing seems to be working properly.

 I’m sorry to hear this. Can you try to reset your password using this link on a different browser or private window? 

If that doesn’t work, can you send me a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
