My Question or Issue

Yesterday everything was going on without problems, but today, when I have tried to login to my account I saw that all my devices being logged off from my account. With a short investigation I recognised that somebody has stolen my account and logged in from the address <snip - moderator edit>. Then, to avoid such issues I have tried to activate two factor authentication feature, but couldn't find it out. I kindly request you to add this feature to make the accounts more secured.

If you believe that someone has gained access to your account, I recommend checking out this support article for the next steps to take.

 

Also, I recommend adding your vote to this idea to show Spotify that you'd like to see a 2FA-feature get implemented.
