I cancelled my account the   other day , as I wanted the payment to come around on another day - as I don't have much money in my bank at the moment .  I was shocked to see that the payment had still been taken out my bank account .. Don't see why this should happen when something is cancelled 😞 not happy

Hi Mollifer,

The subscription was cancelled at the end of May, but was then restarted in early June - this is why the system charged you again on the renewal date.  The cancellation/renewal can only be done on the customer side, so it look like you may have inadvertently restarted the subscription.  Please contact the support team via this link if you wish to request a refund.

I only cancelled to change the date it goes out , anyway I can do this ? -
don't why it pops up on my phone restart the subs - ofc my children are
going to select yes :*(
