Cannot Change Country with Payment-Setting using Paypal

My Question or Issue

I want to change my country setting from Germany (previous residence) to Austria. I’ve now done this by changing the payment method to PayPal from an Austrian bank account and also set the country to Austria. But after completing the payment change, my country is still set to Germany... Do I absolutely need to use an Austrian credit card for this? Does PayPal not work for changing the country setting?

This should also work with PayPal as well as nearly every other available payment method 🙂

Do keep in mind though, that the changes will only take effect from your next billing date. Your country setting will remain the same as before until then.
