Cannot Change Display Name

My Question or Issue

I am trying to change my initial profile name using the following method

https://support.spotify.com/in/article/change-my-username/

But my profile name is not appearing as editable, so how do I enable the same? OR another way to edit th account name?

Help’s here!

If the app doesn't allow you to edit your display name a clean reinstall might help. This will remove any corrupted data from previous installations which might be causing the issue.

In case you see no difference after the clean reinstall, check if any power saving or data cleaning settings are activated on your mobile device. Make sure you disable them since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.

Should display name change feature be available on the web profile page: https://www.spotify.com/ua/account/profile/ ? I don't use Spotify mobile app, just desktop app on my Linux laptop.

Currently it's only possible to change the Display name through the Mobile app, it's not possible to change it using the Desktop version.
