I cannot access my account with the spotify client, I have checked all firewall settings and everything is ok. Additionally this is happening in all my devices, tablet included. I have no problems logging in at spotify.com and when I check my account status everything seems to be ok. My login is: andresacras@hotmail.com. Is this related with any kind of account maintenance taking place? Please clarify me what might be happening...

I am having the same issue. I can easily login to the website through Facebook, but when I try to use the actual app the client repeatedly says "Incorrect username or password". I have a feeling the problem is on Facebook's end because I recently changed my primary email, but I can't seem to find any support from Facebook. I have tried using my current updated info and also my old login info. I also tried my "username" as according to Spotify. Nothing works. I was paying for Premium before. Now I can't even log in at all.
Actually i can login but in the space when it sometimes says that i can upgrade spotify it now says wrong username or password. But i am still logged in. It also says that i have Premium but when i login on the sporify-site it says that i have the free-version.

Do you pay for premium? Can you try logging out and back in again?
The incorrect username and password could be a failed last.fm login too, what is the error code?

Yes i pay for premium and has done that for years now. Error code 410. And why that is says Premium on top of the Sporify app. ???
Weird, can you try a clean reinstallation of the client and see if that helps?

Are you sure you are logging into the correct account, if you are on premium in the client it sounds like that is a different account.
Its hard for me to tell since I can't look into your account data, if you would rather someone from Spotify look into this directly get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to do that.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
