Cannot redeem gift card

Hey Spotify team, 

I'm based in Manila, Philippines. I tried purchasing a gift card for one of my friends in Canada but she cannot redeem it due to it being invalid in her country. The order code for this is 101603969606077. 

What do I need to do in order to get this resolved?
