Cant open the reset password email

I can't sign into my Spotify account on my computer. I have used all the different browsers and incognito functions for my Google Chrome browser, and it still doesn't work. I don't want to sign out on my phone because i don't remember my password. Spotify is junk to me right now.

Can you try resetting your password again through this link using a different browser or private window? If you cannot see the password reset email, make sure to check your spam/junk folders. 

If you’re still having trouble,  can you please send me a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing when you attempt to change your password? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community!
