Cant upgrade to spotify Duo/Family (South-Africa)

Hi. I have Spotify Premium, and wanted to get Duo so I can share an account with my boyfriend.

 

I tried following the steps on the website(https://www.spotify.com/za-en/duo/)

But the only payment option listed there is through Vodacom. I'm not with Vodacom(And it's more expensive through them anyway)

 

It was suggested I try doing it through another browser/incognito mode. That didn't work either.

 

If I select a one year plan, I get a "You are not eligible for that plan" message.

If I select monthly, I get "subscribe by card" and "subscribe by mobile"

Selecting "subscribe by card" redirects me to "pay by mobile"

Which said it was resolved in 2020 and if I had the same problem to open a new ticket.
