Change country in account

Change country in account

Hi, I'm trying to change my country in my account from US to Canada. I opened my account in the US when I was vacationing. I'm currently in Canada. I have no option to do this in my Account Profile. Only US is listed.

 

I've sent 2 messages using the contact form. Once last week and earlier this week. I have not heard back.

If you received a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you 🙂

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂

Unfortunately, I did not receive a No-Reply email.

I used the Contact Form here, after drilling down to "Account" -> "I want to change my account details, country, or payment method" -> "I Still Need Help". The step-by-step guide "How do I change my country settings?" did not work for me.

I sent my first email last week so it has been more than 48 hours. Is there a different way to contact support?

Mmm you should receive an automated email immediately, but you can contact Spotify on Twitter @spotifycares

 

If you don't want to contact via twitter, i suggest you check your junk/spam folder for the automated messages, if it isn't their you could also try using another email address, i know for example hotmail doesn't always allow Spotifys messages to get through
