My Question or Issue

i did a subscription for premium account but used the wrong email of my old employee of which i have no more access. I want to change to my original email but since it is and exiting account, i cannot. How can i update and link to my account?

In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

My account says it is linked to my email. When I go to sign in though it says my email is not linked. Then I try to relink it and it says there is a error. Will not let me link my account to any other email.
