Change username is not possible. That's clear. Delete/re-create instead then?

Hello,

i have mistyped my username while creating a user account using my ipad. 

Thanks to FAQ:

Can I change my username?

No, it is not possible to change the username of a Spotify account.

It became clear that i can't change it. Sweet. 

Am i allowed at least to delete it? Effectively to remove my email account from spotify DB? And then create a new / this time right account by specifying previously used email address?

Any help please?

I suggest you contact support so they can help with deleting the account and removing your email from the system:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
