Charged twice for Premium

Charged twice for Premium

I have been charged twice for premium on my credit card today and still am only on free!

If you want to get a refund, I would suggest that you contact the customer support team so they can help you. If you get an automated email directing you to the help site or community forums, reply back to it. (even if it says no-reply!!)

Any idea how long till they get back to me?

I am thinking of putting a stop on my card so they don't keep taking money out....

I'm sure they'll get back to you fairly soon. Keep in mind they get a lot of emails so that it might take a little more than a day. (but I'm sure not a month!!)
