Charged twice in a month 9.99 and student 4.99

Hello.

I have been charged twice on 28/11/16 £4.99 and 5/12/16 £9.99.  I rencently switched to a student premium but it seems you have still got my old details and I am being charged twice.  Can you refund please so I am just paying £4.99 per month.
