Charged twice per month on different credit cards?

Charged twice per month on different credit cards?

I have been using Payal as my pay option (uses Credit card A) for a while. I have discovered that my other credit card (card B) have been charged directly to Spotify for the last 3 months at least. I only uses on spotify account... I only discovered this after my Card A account has charged 78HKD for my family plan, while my card B account charged 48HKD

 

Can anyone tell me what is happening? Why am I being charged twice on different credit cards (from the same bank)?

Hey @KyrieC. Sounds like you may have a second account that managed to get subscribed for premium. Having a second account actually happens to a bit more common then you would think, and thankfully it should be an easy problem to resolve.

 

If you can think of possible login credentials for the account I would try and locate them as this will speed things up later on. Once you've found them, or if you cannot, I would then contact support so that they can ensure that the second account doesn't cause any future issues. Support can be reached one of three ways: through the online contact form; on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares; or by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
